Don't worry though as the old address and emails will work until next year to ensure a smooth changeover with everything automatically redirecting to the new address.....touch wood.
Why do we need to change?
The original name was set up in a hurry when we formed as a "pressure group" to stop one specific threat to one part of Cannon Hill . Since then group has evolved into a small charity with an interest in the whole of Cannon Hill, although of course our original aim is still very much part of who we are.
An added benefit being the use of .org.uk rather than .org (which I later found in aimed at international organisations) is cheaper. Having said that, all on-line costs to date including this switch have been covered by sponsorship or donations for that specific purpose!
