We have just heard that our grant application to the Dorset Community Foundation run on behalf of Dorset County Council has been successful!!
The grant will cover the cost of materials and equipment to install 6 more picnic benches in Cannon Hill Woodland. These will complement the two picnic tables donated by the Forestry Commission and installed by the friends earlier this year.
Some potential locations in the northern section of Cannon Hill have been identified, but we would be keen to hear your thoughts on possible locations.
