Burn off some of those Easter Eggs with us on our monthly volunteer conservation task day. Easter Monday in Cannon Hill South, just up from the Old Thatch Pub. We have tasks to suit all levels of experience and fitness.
Cutting back overhanging vegetation along the paths, rubbing down and painting the picnic benches with wood preservative, litter picking, resurfacing the bridleway where it floods, installing 3 perch benches or cutting down the remaining Rhododendron.... the choice is yours.
Training, tools and tea and biscuits provided.
No bonfire this month (or sausages I'm afraid).
Children welcome, but must be supervised by parents.
On site from 9am until early afternoon.
