Lovely sunny day at Uddens and Cannon Hill today, it's great to see so many poeple using the Woods and enjoying the sunshine, Horseriders, Dog Walkers, Ramblers taking advantage of the break in the rain.
Keep your eyes peeled and Ears open for Ravens, I've seen a couple today at Cannon Hill and Cannon Hill South.
Listen out for them, you're likely to hear them before you see them as they're very shy birds and spend a lot of the time up in the treetops,which is probably why I didn't manage to get a photograph.
Remember Crows make a "Caw-caw sound, Ravens make a "Cronk-cronk" sound which is very distinctive.
Other birds to look out for are Flocks of Long Tailed Tits, Wrens, Blue Tits, Coal Tits and many vocal Robins :)
